38 hours New~~ 2 of the females have a white chest (tuxedo markings)
Male: Clover: 4.4oz. ..hoping he makes it..with his weight loss we started supplimenting, he is nursing and getting a special newborn puppy recipe as of 3:30 pm Dec. 13...every 2-3 hours. Weight dropped to 3.9 within first 24 hours and it's a good sign that it is back up to 4.4 after less than 24 hours of additional suppliment, Zoey is NOT rejecting him...12-17-13 update..he is gaining weight and is now 5.3 oz!

Clover has been Vet checked and is just small..requiring a push of nutrients, so we make sure he gets his fair amount of mam'a milk each two hours and suppliment after..he is gaining a few oz. a day and has reached his birth weight on Day 5..he is being held till he gets past this time and then if all is well he will be offered to next on wait list for male.

Merry Christmas!! Clover weighs in at 9.0 oz today!!After 2 weeks he has about doubled his Birth Weight!! Zoey was smallest in her litter and Alamo's Dam is only 6 Lbs.

Jan. 15, 2014 Age: 5 Weeks...Clover stopped gaining weight when he reached 12.5 oz. We took Clover for his third Vet visit to follow up and found he had an open fontanel. He is not going to be sold. We only sell healthy puppies. Clover will be given to a Rescue group to see if they can get him to gain weight and transition him to puppy food. It's sad to find this out after all this time helping him along. I had high hopes for him and had to break the sad news to Vicki that she would not be getting him due to his special needs. Vicki has transferred her deposit to 1st pick male in Zoey/Red's 2014 litter.

Violet goes home 3 days before her 8 weeks birthday, she has been Vet checked and she's a healthy chunk. Shown here in her new home with her new playmate ( was Jason's Girl, aka Lily) from Zoey's Dam, Cocoa's April 2013 Litter) her 1/2 Aunt (Grandma's daughter), who she tried to nurse during the night! LOL

Jasmine and Heather are going home two days after their 8 weeks Birthday (feb. 7, 2014)... some of our customers need a weekend pick up appt. and others during the week pick up..we try to accommodate, but there are additional fees for boarding if we have to keep puppies past the two day courtesy past 8 weeks. After 8 weeks of total dedication to our precious puppies our household is ready to get back to our normal routine and possibly a day or two get away! Our males get more time out of their large Kennel area to run free as well as we limit their mobility around the Mama's when baby pups are here. Once again, our adults get to go out..as we don't even walk them when pups are on the ground as we don't want anything brought into our kennel. Please avoid pet parks and Petsmart until at lest 10 days after the third puppy shot in a series of three (for protection against puppy diseases.

Kelle picked up her puppy, Heather, and her Father's pup, Jasmine today, Feb. 7, 2014..they are driving all the way back to Georgia with them! First stop is Tn. to bring Jasmine to dad (Harold) Praying for a safe trip..they left for Texas last night, even with a Winter Advisory warning. Said the roads weren't too bad. I'm glad! Bundled up those babies and they are on their way back...
Kelle replied to my comment about posting photos for her dad, "I will tell him, they are the sweetest, most gorgeous puppies. They are napping now, and thanks for the pics!!!" Sent from my iPhone
Now that Alamo-Zoey's puppies have gone home..Zoey will skip her next heat and breed again next Fall 2014 for pups that go home Spring 2015. She is planned to breed to 9 lb Red, our new stud.
